1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances (Except First-Time Activation Failure)

Once your eSIM has been issued—whether through QR code, activation link, or other means—the purchase is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect plan or region selected

  • Device not supporting eSIM or being carrier-locked

  • Change of travel plans or cancellation

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases

  • Partial use of data

  • No longer needing the service

🚫 IMPORTANT: Products purchased at promotional or discounted prices are non-refundable under all circumstances after an invoice has been issued. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.


2. One-Time Refund for First-Time Activation Failure Due to Provider’s Technical Error

A full refund will only be granted if:

  • The eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue on our provider’s end

  • You report the issue within 7 days of purchase

  • You provide valid evidence, such as:

    • Device model and settings

    • Screenshot or video of the activation error

    • A clear description of the steps taken

✅ If verified, we will process a 100% refund of the purchase amount.

❌ Refunds will not be issued for problems related to device compatibility, customer mistakes, or network behavior unrelated to provider errors.


3. How to Request a Refund (Only for Verified Activation Failures)
